Maher predicts Trump’s certain loss

On Friday night, comedian and television host Bill Maher expressed strong confidence in Vice President Harris’s chances against former President Trump in the upcoming election.

During a lively panel discussion on his HBO show “Real Time with Bill Maher,” he stated, “I’m not even worried about it.” With the election just weeks away, Maher underscored his belief that Trump will ultimately fall short.

Writer Fran Lebowitz, one of the guests on the panel, challenged Maher’s prediction, quizzing him, “You’re not even worried about it?” Maher maintained his stance, responding, “No, not at all. He’s definitely going to lose. You just feel it.”

In previous segments, Maher had already voiced his skepticism about Trump’s prospects for reclaiming the presidency, assuring audiences that he felt he had earned the right to make such bold forecasts. He recounted times when he was labeled a “Trump alarmist” due to his convictions even in the face of controversies, like the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape that featured Trump making disparaging comments about women.

In recent weeks, Trump has criticized Maher, taking issue with the host’s frequent references to him within the context of his show. Trump labeled Maher as “sloppy and tired,” suggesting that the comedian’s dialogue has become repetitive and overly focused on him.

On his Truth Social platform, Trump remarked, “The ratings challenged Bill Maher, on his increasingly boring show on HBO, is really having a hard time coping with TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME. He is a befuddled mess, sloppy and tired, and every conversation, with B and C list guests, seems to start with, or revert back to, ME!”

As for the race itself, current polling gives Harris a slight edge over Trump, holding a lead of 50 percent to 45.8 percent, according to the latest figures. However, surveys from crucial battleground states reveal a more tightly contested matchup, with both party nominees appearing nearly evenly matched as the election approaches.
