Garth Brooks’ Assault Accuser Claims He Used Burner Phone to Send Explicit Messages

Garth Brooks’ Sexual Assault Accuser Claims He Used Burner Phone for Sexting

In a concerning legal development, Garth Brooks faces serious allegations from his accuser, who claims he pressured her into sending sexually explicit messages. The details come to light from a lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where the plaintiff, identified only as “Jane Roe,” has shared troubling accounts of harassment and misconduct supposedly experienced while working as Brooks’ makeup artist.

The lawsuit reveals that these incidents occurred in 2019, with the plaintiff asserting Brooks continued to make vulgar comments about his sexual fantasies after the initial assault. She alleges he groped her without consent and exchanged inappropriate content via text, including a controversial screenshot of a conversation. The text showed Brooks responding to her playful message with emojis that suggest a flirtatious exchange.

The lawsuit goes further, stating Brooks allegedly used a burner phone and multiple email accounts to communicate with Roe, carefully instructing her in advance when he’d be reaching out under a different identity. While many of their exchanges were reportedly deleted from her phone, a handful of messages remained, including one where Brooks encouraged her to engage in a suggestive conversation with him.

In response to these allegations, Brooks has categorically denied any wrongdoing, labeling the claims as part of a broader scheme of extortion and character assassination. He recently expressed frustration over the relentless pressure he has faced, stating that he has been inundated with threats and false narratives unless he paid a substantial sum. Despite the gravity of the accusations, Brooks emphasized his commitment to his integrity and continued to deny the portrayal of the events laid out in the lawsuit.

Support from his wife, Trisha Yearwood, remains steadfast as Brooks navigates these challenging and distressing allegations. As the legal proceedings unfold, the country music star has yet to comment on the newly surfaced text message screenshots that have heightened the scrutiny of this already complex case.
