Craig Melvin and Lindsay Czarniak Celebrate 13 Years of Marriage

Craig Melvin, the familiar face from the “Today” show, and his wife, Fox Sports anchor Lindsay Czarniak, recently toasted to 13 years of love and partnership. The couple commemorated their milestone anniversary on October 17 with heartfelt tributes shared on social media. Lindsay, 46, took to Instagram to express her affection for Craig, 45, reminiscing about their journey together. “Lucky number 13! It feels like just yesterday you were teasing me in the newsroom. What an incredible, wild ride this has been,” she wrote, accompanied by a throwback photo of them from their early days together along with a snapshot from their wedding.

In her touching message, Lindsay highlighted the core values that define their relationship: “At the center of it all are family, faith, friendships, and our commitment to help each other grow—sometimes outside of our comfort zones. Here’s to the unexpected adventures that await us. Happy Anniversary, Melvin! I’m grateful you chose to move to DC.”

Craig and Lindsay first crossed paths back in 2008 while working at WRC-TV in Washington, D.C. Their chemistry ignited at the station, leading to their marriage in 2011. Lindsay fondly recalled their first meeting, sharing with The Washington Post that there was an immediate connection. “That night, there was something that clicked. It wasn’t that I thought, ‘I have to be with this guy,’ but rather ‘I don’t want to be with anyone else,’” she reflected.

Together, they are proud parents to two children: son Delano and daughter Sybil. Craig often shares insights into his family life, and fans appreciate hearing about his experiences as both a husband and father. The family resides in a beautiful home in Connecticut, where Craig embraces the joys and challenges of parenting.

In a previous interview, he articulated how fatherhood has transformed him emotionally. “I didn’t even realize the depth of emotions I could feel until I had my own kids. I wanted to create a book that resonates with other dads; it’s a tribute to fatherhood,” he explained.

Craig also shared invaluable parenting wisdom that he received from his “Today” co-host Al Roker, a father of three. He recalled a conversation with Al about the apprehensions parents have regarding their children. Al advised him, “They will parent you. Your children will show you what they need.”

Craig added his perspective on parenting: “Things are never as bad as you think they are, and things are never as good as you think they are. I aim to live in the middle ground. If at bedtime no one is hurt or screaming, that’s a win in my book. So my best advice? Just breathe. Everything will be alright.”

This meaningful anniversary serves as a reminder of the love and resilience that Craig and Lindsay share, as they continue to navigate life’s journey together.
