Drew Scott Shares Update on Son Parker’s Energy After Welcoming Baby No. 2

Drew Scott Updates Fans on His Parenting Journey with Son Parker

Drew Scott is embracing the joys of fatherhood as he shares insights into the dynamic of his growing family. The star known for his role in Property Brothers recently provided a glimpse into his life as a dad, particularly his experience raising his son Parker and daughter Piper alongside his wife, Linda Phan.

In an exclusive interview, Drew expressed his delight in watching Parker step into the role of big brother. “It’s pretty amazing to see Parker with Piper,” Drew shared. “Initially, he was a bit unsure about her arrival, but now the two are like best friends.”

Piper, born on May 21, 2024, is just five months old but already shares a sweet sibling bond with her older brother, Parker, who is two. Drew recounted how Parker had mixed feelings about the new addition at first. Linda humorously added, “There are days when he thinks, ‘Can we return her?’ but I know they will be inseparable as they grow up.”

The couple’s journey as parents has certainly been eventful. Drew mentioned that despite an increase in responsibilities with a toddler on the move, life remains fulfilling. “Being a girl dad is new for me, but so far it really hasn’t changed much. Right now, Parker keeps us busier than the baby does,” he noted with a smile.

Drew reflected on Parker’s transition from being the center of attention to sharing it with his younger sister. “At first, Parker was a bit jealous and confused about who this new little person was. But now, he genuinely treasures the moments they have together, often showering her with affection.”

The Scott family’s close ties extend beyond their own children, with Drew’s brother, Jonathan Scott, also contributing to the vibrant family atmosphere. Jonathan, who is engaged to actress Zooey Deschanel, has his own children, adding further depth to the sibling connections for Parker and Piper.

Drew recalled his own childhood experience with siblings. “Having siblings was a huge part of my upbringing, and I loved it. That bond, the ups and downs, is something I hope my kids can enjoy together too,” he said, highlighting both the joys and challenges of growing up with brothers and sisters.

As Drew Scott navigates this chapter of parenthood, he continues to share the journey with fans while cherishing the simple yet profound moments of family life.
