Jo De La Rosa Hints at Her Future on Bravo After RHOC Finale Drama

Jo De La Rosa Shares Thoughts on Future with Bravo Following Season Finale

Jo De La Rosa, a familiar face from The Real Housewives of Orange County, is not opposed to the idea of returning to reality television after her recent guest appearance in the season 18 finale. “It was my first time connecting with the entire cast,” the 44-year-old revealed in an exclusive interview. “They were all so welcoming, and some even mentioned that they watched me during my original season, which was incredibly surprising.”

As one of the initial cast members from the show’s debut in March 2006, Jo’s journey has evolved dramatically. During her first two seasons, viewers witnessed her relationship with Slade Smiley. After their breakup, she departed from the series in 2007. Fast forward nearly 17 years, Jo has found happiness in her marriage to musician Taran Gray and is excited about a potential new chapter in Orange County.

Jo mentioned that Taran recently acquired a new client in Orange County, prompting the couple to discuss relocating back to the area. “We’ve decided to move back to Orange County,” she said. “If there’s an opportunity for me to return to the show, that would be fantastic! But if not, I’m here to support the ladies.”

Reflecting on her earlier days on the show, Jo noted the contrast between then and now. “When I first joined, I was engaged at 23, and now I’m married. We’re actively trying to start a family, so it feels very full circle. I’m a grown-up but still feel young at heart,” she commented.

Although Bravo has yet to disclose any plans for a potential season 19, the current cast, including Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, Katie Ginella, and Alexis Bellino, delivered a season filled with drama, including an eye-opening trip to London.

Should Slade and Gretchen Rossi be invited back to the show, Jo expressed her support. “If they come back, I’m all in. We could even go on a double date,” she stated. “Gretchen and I are on good terms, and I would love for her and Slade to meet my husband. It’s all about maintaining peace with your exes. Everyone is happy in their respective lives.”

Regardless of what the future holds for The Real Housewives of Orange County, Jo is optimistic about continuing her friendship with Alexis as she prepares for her upcoming marriage to John Janssen. Jo stated, “I hope people start to see the real Alexis, as she truly has a heart of gold. The kindness that comes from both her and John is unparalleled.”

As fans tune in to the drama of The Real Housewives of Orange County, they can catch the latest episodes airing on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET, with past seasons available for streaming on Peacock.
