Diddy’s Children Celebrate His Birthday With a Special Phone Call from Prison
In a heartfelt moment, Sean “Diddy” Combs received a sweet birthday surprise from his children while confined in prison. Diddy’s eldest son, Justin Combs, shared a touching Instagram Reel on November 4, featuring the family gathered together for the occasion. The video showcased Justin, along with siblings Quincy, Christian, the 17-year-old twins D’Lila and Jessie, and their youngest sibling, Love, who is just 23 months old. Although Diddy’s daughter Chance, 18, couldn’t be there physically, she joined the celebration through FaceTime.
The kids came together around a beautiful red velvet cake. Little Love kicked off the song with a rendition of “Happy Birthday,” albeit stumbling slightly, prompting her siblings to support her in finishing the song. After they sang, Love blew out the candle, marking a memorable experience for the family. Diddy expressed overwhelming gratitude during the phone call, saying, “I love you all so much. I can’t wait to see you. I’m so proud of all of you, especially the girls, for being strong. Thank you for being by my side.”
Diddy, a well-known rapper and entrepreneur, is a father to seven children, each with different mothers. His parenting journey began in 1993 with ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton, with whom he had Justin. He later welcomed Christian with Kim Porter, who he had an on-and-off relationship with from 1994 until 2007. They also share twins D’Lila and Jessie. Diddy’s daughter Chance was born to Sarah Chapman, while Love is his youngest, born to Dana Tran in December 2022.
Currently, Diddy is being held at the MDC Brooklyn detention center in New York, awaiting trial for serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. Since his arrest in September, he has remained behind bars. Following the indictment’s release, allegations emerged regarding Diddy’s involvement in organizing lavish parties that supposedly featured “elaborate and produced sex performances.”
Despite the circumstances, the bond between Diddy and his family appears strong. Post-arrest, his children released a joint statement expressing their solidarity. “The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media,” they stated, emphasizing their unwavering support.
As Diddy prepares for his trial, set to begin in May 2025, the path ahead remains challenging, but his family’s love seems to be a guiding light during this difficult time.
