Rosie O’Donnell’s eldest daughter, Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, has found herself in serious legal trouble, facing arrests on multiple charges in just a single month. According to reports, Chelsea was arrested on drug trafficking and child neglect allegations after incidents detailed by law enforcement.

On September 10, officers from the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office were called to Chelsea’s residence following a dispute with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund. Audio recordings revealed that Chelsea was distressed and requested someone to back off. When police arrived, she initially claimed all was well, despite evidence of a heated verbal argument. The responding officers noted Chelsea’s lack of honesty during their questioning, recalling a similar scenario from just weeks earlier.

While talking to the police, Chelsea mentioned that her infant son, Atlas, was inside with her boyfriend. However, officers discovered a meth pipe in her possession during their search. Inside the home, they encountered Jacob, who acknowledged smoking marijuana but displayed physical signs of drug impairment. The police report highlighted alarming conditions, citing evidence of drug use and unsanitary living situations, including visible dirty needles and spoiled food.

Chelsea posted bond shortly after this first incident but quickly ran afoul of the law again. On October 11, she was pulled over while driving. Officers observed unusual behavior, with Chelsea and her passenger avoiding eye contact. As she attempted to discard a meth pipe while the car was stopped, police seized additional items, including what was believed to be more drug paraphernalia hidden on her person. Medical clearance was required before she could be taken into custody.

Both incidents are now set for upcoming hearings in November, marking a turbulent period for Chelsea as she confronts serious legal challenges amidst a backdrop of family notoriety.
