Derrick Henry Puts Nashville Mansion on Market for $3.3 Million

Derrick Henry, the NFL star recognized for his remarkable performances on the field, has officially listed his stunning Nashville mansion for a cool $3.3 million. Following his recent trade from the Tennessee Titans to the Baltimore Ravens, Henry has decided to part ways with the lavish property.

This expansive home, boasting six bedrooms, hit the market last month, and it offers a glimpse into Henry’s sophisticated lifestyle with exclusive photos capturing its sleek and contemporary design. Highlights of the main level include a gourmet kitchen outfitted with high-end Fisher & Paykel appliances, a spacious primary suite, and a cozy living room anchored by a grand fireplace.

An eye-catching floating staircase ascends to the upper level, where you’ll discover additional guest rooms and a versatile bonus area complete with a full bar and an inviting deck. Outdoors, the opulent backyard features a meticulously designed gunite pool and spa, a stylish cabana, a deck with an impressive fireplace, and a spacious pool house exceeding 700 square feet, all securely enclosed by a ten-foot fence.

The listing agent, Devin Roper, shared with us that this residence exemplifies modern luxury at its finest. She remarked, “From the moment you walk through the door and see the custom floating staircase, each design element impresses and makes a powerful statement.”

While it’s challenging for Roper to pick a favorite feature, she notes the custom floor-to-ceiling closet, the saltwater pool and hot tub, the private gated entry, and the custom pool house capable of serving as a gym or additional living space.

Location, as they say, is everything. Nestled in the heart of Nashville’s prestigious Green Hills neighborhood, this property is perfectly situated in an area known for its vibrant real estate market. Roper added, “Nashville has been on a remarkable growth trajectory for years, and we expect that to continue.”

Henry’s decision to sell comes shortly after signing a two-year contract with the Ravens worth $16 million. As a former Heisman Trophy winner, he has been remarkably consistent, currently on track to challenge the NFL record for the most rushing yards in a single season.

Henry is averaging an impressive 124.7 yards per game as the season progresses, putting him in contention to surpass Eric Dickerson’s long-standing record of 2,105 rushing yards, set in 1984.

While Henry acknowledges the potential for breaking records, he remains focused on the team’s objectives rather than individual accolades. He stated, “I don’t really try to think about that too much. I focus on doing my job and improving week after week.”

Furthermore, he has already matched icons like Adrian Peterson and OJ Simpson for the most games with over 200 rushing yards in NFL history.

As he embraces his new chapter with the Ravens, Henry is also finding joy in his new surroundings in Baltimore. He expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I love it here. I haven’t had a bad meal yet; the food is outstanding,” crediting his teammates for introducing him to the local culinary scene.
