Project 2025, a conservative initiative crafted by the Heritage Foundation, lays out a policy agenda for the next Republican administration. Recent developments have brought former President Donald Trump back to the forefront, having won the presidency once again, now set to be America’s 47th president after a decisive victory over Vice President Kamala Harris. Junior Ohio Senator J.D. Vance will take on the role of vice president in this new administration.

 

While Trump has distanced himself from Project 2025, it’s noteworthy that many of its tenets resonate with his own ideology. Numerous individuals involved in shaping Project 2025 have connections to Trump, including Paul Dans, who served as chief of staff at the Office of Personnel Management during his term, and Russell Vought, a former Trump administration official.
