Reba McEntire’s Boyfriend Rex Linn Follows Her Like a Puppydog

Reba McEntire’s Boyfriend Rex Linn is ‘Henpecked’ and Following Her Around Like a Puppy

Country music star Reba McEntire has her boyfriend Rex Linn trailing her closely, with insiders claiming he’s become the most ‘henpecked’ man in showbiz. Reports suggest that Linn, at 67 years old, is more than willing to comply with McEntire’s every wish as he remains devoted to her.

According to sources, Linn is often seen tagging along after McEntire, and those in his circle are amused, noting that his life seems to revolve completely around the 69-year-old country legend. “He gets teased by friends but doesn’t mind because his happiness comes from being with Reba,” shared a close friend. “It’s become a running joke that he asks for permission to run simple errands. His friends are frustrated because they hardly hear from him anymore.”

Despite the playful teasing, Linn is proud to show off his relationship with McEntire, frequently posting about her on his Instagram, even though she tends to keep their romance more understated on her own social media. “He absolutely loves bragging about her. It’s clear he is very proud to be by her side,” added the insider.

Recently, Linn joined McEntire in a supporting role on her new NBC sitcom, Happy’s Place, which debuted on October 18. Reports suggest that it was McEntire’s idea to have him involved, likely so she could maintain a close eye on him. To onlookers, the entire dynamic may come off as a bit too close, but those involved appear quite satisfied with the arrangement.

McEntire and Linn had known each other for years but truly connected during the pandemic lockdown in 2020 through phone and text conversations. Since then, their bond has grown stronger, making them inseparable.
