Sources indicate that Schwarzenegger, 77, feels “humiliated” and is “worried” about the potential exposure of his personal issues during the court proceedings.

Curtis, 54, is seeking $1.5 million in damages for the allegedly stolen concept, which has cast a shadow over Schwarzenegger’s high-profile project.

According to insiders, “This was supposed to be Arnie’s big comeback, but now it’s hit a significant snag. While this type of dispute is common in Hollywood, Schwarzenegger finds it extremely embarrassing. Although his defenders argue that he wasn’t personally involved in the alleged theft, it’s still a bad look.”

Despite criticism of the new action comedy series, Schwarzenegger’s fans have supported the show, pushing it to the top of Netflix’s charts and securing a second season, which is set to premiere in 2025.

The source added, “Everything was going well until this lawsuit surfaced. At his age, Arnie isn’t as resilient as he used to be. He’s deeply upset and losing sleep over it.”

The lawsuit’s “added stress” is seen as particularly harmful to the 77-year-old actor’s health. Schwarzenegger, who has undergone three open-heart surgeries, is reportedly more focused on spending time with his long-term girlfriend, physical therapist Heather Milligan, rather than dealing with legal troubles.

The insider explained, “The prospect of subpoenas and depositions is frustrating for him. He thought he had moved past these kinds of issues, but now he has to confront them. The stress is detrimental to his health, especially given his history of heart problems.”

Schwarzenegger’s close ones are trying to keep him calm and remind him that he’s not the one on trial, but the ongoing legal battle continues to cause him significant distress.
