Drew Peterson’s Lawyer Offers to Reveal Location of Missing Fourth Wife After Cutting Ties

Drew Peterson’s Former Lawyer Could Disclose Missing Wife’s Location

In a shocking turn of events, Drew Peterson’s former attorney may be on the verge of exposing the whereabouts of the remains of Peterson’s missing fourth wife. Joel Brodsky, who once represented the now-imprisoned police officer, has expressed a willingness to waive attorney-client privilege to help bring closure to the family of the missing woman. This stunning development comes as Peterson fights to overturn his conviction for the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

Brodsky has taken to social media, making a bold statement about the potential harm to Peterson if the location of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, is revealed. He argued that since Peterson is already serving a life sentence for a separate murder, disclosing the information would have minimal repercussions for him. Brodsky emphasized the need for Stacy’s remains to be located so that her family can achieve closure through a proper burial.

Stacy Peterson, who was just 23 years old and a mother of two, vanished on October 28, 2007. Her disappearance was heavily publicized, with Drew Peterson already a suspect in Savio’s death at the time. Although Peterson claimed that Stacy had left him for another man, she has never been found, and no charges have been brought against him regarding her case. Stacy’s sister, Cassandra Cales, is aware of Brodsky’s comments and has even considered reaching out to Peterson in hopes of resolving the long-standing mystery.

Cales has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to support her ongoing search efforts, fueled by various leads. She remains determined and prepared to explore any credible tip that could lead her to her sister’s remains, vowing never to give up.

Meanwhile, despite strong evidence against him, Peterson continues to assert his innocence regarding Savio’s murder, which was initially ruled an accident before authorities later classified it as homicide. He was convicted of her murder and faces additional years for attempting to hire a hitman to eliminate a state prosecutor involved in his case. In a recent attempt to overturn his conviction, Peterson has accused Brodsky of failing to represent him adequately, claiming he was prevented from making his defense heard.

As the case unfolds, Judge Edward Burmila has agreed to hear Peterson’s motion, assigning him a public defender while imposing a gag order on Brodsky. This legal maneuvering leaves many questions unanswered as to whether we will finally discover what happened to Stacy Peterson.
