Ice-T Calls Cop a ‘F—ing A–hole’ in Bodycam Video During Tense Encounter

Bodycam footage has emerged showing Ice-T in a heated encounter with law enforcement during a May traffic stop in New Jersey. The star of Law and Order: SVU, whose real name is Tracy Marrow, was pulled over for driving with expired license plates, leading to a tense exchange where he referred to the officer as a “f—ing a—hole.”

The bodycam video captures the moment when the officer approached Ice-T, who was driving a Porsche, stating that he was missing a front license plate and his registration had expired. In response, Ice-T explained that he was on his way to the DMV to sort out the paperwork and had attempted to resolve the issue the previous day.

As the interaction unfolded, the officer questioned Ice-T’s claims, prompting him to assert, “Yeah, of course I’m sure. Yesterday I went to the DMV, and they said their system’s down.” When asked about the time of his appointment, Ice-T confidently stated, “I don’t need one … They know me.”

However, when the officer requested to see his driver’s license, Ice-T acknowledged that it too was expired and insisted it was the reason for his trip to the DMV. Despite his frustrations, he attempted to persuade the officer to either accompany him to the DMV or allow him to park his vehicle temporarily. “You don’t gotta be that serious about this. I mean you can but you don’t have to,” Ice-T said.

The officer stood firm, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation. At one point, Ice-T exited his vehicle and confronted the officer directly, expressing frustration and questioning if he would be taken to jail. The officer reassured him he wouldn’t be arrested but informed him that his car would be towed.

Ice-T then reacted defiantly, exclaiming, “You’re not gonna tow my f—ing vehicle. If I’m not under arrest, I’m getting out of the car.” Approaching the officer, he was warned not to touch him. Ice-T demanded his paperwork back and declared, “Give me my f—ing paperwork!” He subsequently directed his anger at the body camera, saying, “Get this on camera. This muthaf—–. I’m a foot away from the DMV. You’re an a—hole!”

Eventually, when backup arrived, the sheriff’s department allowed Ice-T to leave his car parked while he walked to the DMV to update his registration and license. In a moment of tension, the situation highlighted the complexities that can arise in interactions between celebrities and law enforcement.
