Reports indicate that the One Direction star allegedly consumed cocaine just days prior to his fatal fall from a balcony, as revealed by Paiz, who is now under scrutiny in an ongoing investigation.

Paiz first met Payne while working at a restaurant, where the two struck up a friendship that extended to social media. After connecting on Instagram, they arranged a meeting at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel just three days before the tragic incident. During their time together, Paiz claims they used drugs, stating, “We spent the night together, we consumed drugs because the truth is something intimate happened.” According to him, Payne was not aggressive and treated him kindly, constantly checking in on his well-being.

The waiter insists that their relationship was strictly platonic, denying any allegations of financial transactions regarding drug dealings. “We took drugs together, but I never provided drugs to him or took any money. I have messages where he offered me money, but I didn’t accept anything,” Paiz explained. He mentioned that as a token of appreciation, Payne wanted to give him some clothing, which he ultimately declined.
