Nick Knowles addresses knee injury amid speculation about Strictly withdrawal

Strictly Come Dancing contestant Nick Knowles is currently grappling with a knee injury that has left him uncertain about his future on the show. Speaking on It Takes Two, Knowles revealed details about the mishap that occurred during rehearsals for the upcoming movie week performance. He shared that while attempting a routine, he missed his mark and ended up slipping, causing his knee to sustain an injury.

The TV star has been under medical supervision since the incident and offered an update on his condition. According to Nick, things have seen a slight improvement each day, but the situation remains precarious. He explained that after initially feeling significant pain, a scan was conducted which provided some reassurance. He reported, “On Friday it looked pretty bad to be honest. It felt bad. Saturday, not so good but I had a scan and we decided that after a look at that we would wait until Monday and Monday, a little bit stronger.”

During his appearance on the show, Knowles expressed cautious optimism. He mentioned that he had received clearance to attempt practicing tomorrow but acknowledged that this does not guarantee he would perform. His dance partner Luba Mushtuk added that they would keep things manageable and adjust based on his response.

As the weekend approaches, all eyes will be on Nick’s progress, and whether he can make a comeback remains to be seen. The dance community and fans alike are rooting for his recovery, hoping to see him back in action soon as the competition heats up.
